  • By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following conditions

  • If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

  • I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or anything alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

  • NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

USER AGREEMENT

 

  • By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

  • You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

GENERAL

 

  • I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

  • I will not copy other artstyles, I will only work using my own artstyle.

  • I will only start once I received the payment or first half of the payment.

  • I have the right to stream the commissioned illustration, unless the commissioner wishes not to.

COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT

 

  • If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, will be agreed upon upfront.

  • The minimum price increase 2x or 3x of the original price, depending if its commercial Type A or B

  • Commercial Type A: Price will increase up to 2x if its used where the art is not the main focus (ex: Book cover, CG art, and other promotional material)

  • Commercial Type B: Prices will increase up to 3x if its used where the art is the main focus (ex: Tshirt, posters, Dakimakura and other merch)

  • The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my work, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc).

PAYMENT

  • Currency is USD.

  • Payments are done through Paypal or Western Union only.

  • Commissions below 400 USD can only be paid 100% upfront.

  • Partial Payment is available for commissions starting from 400 USD and above.​​

REVISIONS

 

  • Revisions are unlimited during the Sketch Phase. Once we move to Lineart, only minor changes can be made ex: Colors, Small Details such as ornaments, small body features such as moles or scars.

  • I will only make major changes to the final piece after Sketch Phase if it was an error on my part (i.e. I missed a detail that you had provided).

  • The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.

​PERSONAL USE

​

  • Personal-use commissions can only be used as wallpaper, icons for social medias, printed for personal usage and posted on websites as long as they give credit to the artist. They cannot be used on merchandise the client intends to sell, distribute or mass-produce.

  • The artist reserves the right to use the commission and work in progress on their social media, websites, portfolio and sell as a merchandise to sell, promote, distribute, produce and for any other commercial purposes.

​INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

​

  • In no way or form am I claiming the character(s) drawn in my commissioned images.

  • The artist reserves the right to use the commission on their social media, and websites.

  • The commissioner is still required to give proper credit to the artist.

  • Reselling or minting my illustrations as NFT is not authorized in any circumstances.

  • Using my illustrations for any AI related work is strictly prohibited.

  • Do not edit, trace, modify or alter the artwork in any way without permission.

  • Reproduction of any of my illustrations for income without permission is strictly prohibited!

  • Sharing my non-commissioned illustrations and using it for Youtube thumbnail, icon, etc., is allowed, just make sure to credit the artist.

​REFUND POLICY

​

  • Commissions are non-refundable after payment.​
